State of the art production facility

EMS has a state-of-the-art production facility and manufacture all product at its own. By this we are able to determine our own stock and can deliver on demand. We can guaranty the quality that you may expect.

Thera are different facilities at EMS such as an own PCB production, a mechanical production facility, an assembly facility and a calibration room. Beside this there is an extended laboratory with gas calibration devices, gas analysis technology, climate controlled rooms, climate chambers and microbiological safety cabinets. 

We have over 60 different kinds of calibration gasses that are available on any moment, so that we easily can perform a calibration. De gas mixtures are documented and supported with certificates and are weekly checked.
