The MACView®-Wallmount raise from the question of high accuracies and industrial standards. The MACView®-Wallmount is an intelligent gas- and vapours measurement sensor-unit in which a microcontroller has been mounted. The microcontroller does the sampling, the compensations for temperature, relative humidity and the setting of the milliamps output. The sensor can be used as stand-alone version, as well in combination with the other MACView®-readout units. The sensor works on the 3-wire principle. 1 wire for the supply, 1 wire for the zero or ground and 1 wire for the 4-20 mA output signal. The sensors are potted to obtain the maximum robust electronics. A very high accurate temperature and relative humidity sensor compensates the concentration. When this sensor is used in combination with the MACView®-IPR then the temperature and relative humidity are also available for read-out. Long distances between the sensor and read-out unit are no problem. Dependant of the diameter of the cable, the length of the cable can be up to 1000 metre. For these sensors more then 80 different types of sensors are available that dependant of the application can be used. The sensor can be used stand-alone in combination with a frequency motor controller of a ventilation system or in a measurement system for process analysis for gas concentration measurements. If the sensor is used stand-alone, then temperature and relative humidity is not available.

Options 
From the MACView®-Wallmount sensor is also an explosion-proof version available. Also a process connection is available for connection to ventilation channels or process systems. For aggressive gasses or vapours are special housings available. Examples are materials like Titan and Hasteloy C22. This can for example applied with chlorine sensors or for other special aggressive, acid environments.
