The MACView® IP is a universal measurement system for gasses, vapour and solid dust particles. An extra unique property is that the system is managed, monitored and visualized by an integrated webserver. What is need is a PC with ethernet connection and a browser installed on it.
With this system it is possible with a internet connection to look to 1 location or more buildings, offices factories or garages through whole of the world. The systems can give their status by internet or intranet. The advantages are big. A quality assurance department can see in one eye the effort of heating and ventilation system, or the quality control department van see the amount of dust particles in the air from a packaging factory. The system can also control complete HVAC systems.
In the MACView® IP there is an internal database where data can be logged. The software comes from the browser by typing the right address or by clicking the right MACView® IP in the management software. To get overview over many MACView® IP gas monitoring systems a special software tool is available to manage all the MACView® IP systems that are in the network. The system is fully based on ethernet connections and uses the world wide used TCP/IP communication protocol to send its data through the internal network. It is easy to connect with the whole network over secure connections whole over the world by internet.
The MACView® IP contains to places where sensors can be mounted. For example one for LPG and one for CO. The sensors are automatically recognized and are easy to maintain by service people. The calibration parameters are integrated in the sensors. So exchanging sensors is very easy without losing parameters, data or calibration information. This offers easy possibilities to do calibration of-site by an exchange of sensors only. EMS takes care for the calibration by sending a new sensor. The old sensor will then be returned and re-calibrated. EMS has standard contracts for exchange of sensors. Applications with critical sensors are always in the air and a big stock with extra sensors is not needed at the location of our customers.
