EMS is present at the Fraunhofer Allianz Food Chain Managment. "FOOD SYSTEMS - FIT FOR THE FUTURE?". Speakers from different areas of knowledge give their vision of the food future, how to produce in the future, what problems do we encounter and how do we plan to solve them? The most diverse subjects are available, EIT innovation, allergic free food, production efficiency, etc. EMS gives a lecture on improving of conservation processes in fruit storages and detecting rot in fruit storages.
